Unintended vs Intended

The difference seems not really clear but in short I think both of them is almost the same :-? . Alteration is to correct (replace) intended information (information which is usually correct at a point of time in the past) while correction in the context of ISBP is to correct unintended information (normally mistake, which the issuer did not intend to do).

Alterations means any data added to the currect data .. means add some additional data after priniting.
while correction is modifying or cancelling and adding the new data after printing.
