Hi Pal,

normally ISBP gathers opinions and decisions made from UCP 600 effectiveness and the new edition of ISBP.This is very useful as in one book you may find literature of 3 or 4 years, sometime not at disposal of any bank's clerk involved in l/c.
The ISBP 745 on the contrary contains two modification of two opinions, in effect approved in September 2010 at ICC
Meeting in Orlando Florida, one is opinion 709(or R766) concerning the FROM WAREHOUSE TO WAREHOUSE CLAUSE in insurance document changed in paragraphs K10(c) and opinion 735rev(or R751) concerning the applicability of UCP 600
art 19 or 20, due to the presence in a l/c of (SWIFT MT700) fields 44A, 44E, 44F and 44B, as per paragraphs D1(c) and E1(a). So the clarification when a bill of lading has some indications that are not actions: E6.
I tried to explain but it is not easy.
Other comments appreciated
Ciao
