Should A Beneficiary’s Certificate Be Signed Or Not?

Post by hachem » Sun Feb 23, 2014 11:25 pm

Dear expert,

Should a beneficary's certificate be signed or not? Knowing that A3 of ISBP745 stipulates the following When a certificate, certification, declaration or statement is required by a credit,it is to be signed.

Regards
