A B/L is signed as follow:
  • Signed for the master

    Container shipping agency

    Sd/-
    As Agents for the master
My query: The B/L would considered signed as per article 20 of UCP 600?

Hi Pal,

IMHO, the signature is ok, the agent is named and sign for account of the master.
