anyone can explain when and in which case b(ii) of 3.14 of isp98 is applicable?
''if the communication is received fewer than thirty calendar days before the last day for presentation and for that reason presentation is not timely made,the last day for presentation is automatically extended to the day occurring thirty calendar days
after the last day for presentation.''
