I have received documents against LC where 44F is not mentioned whereas field 44B i.e place of final destination is required as Chicago, IL.

Documents submitted by exporter shows B/L with port of discharge as New York and Chicago, IL as place of final destination. Documents have yet to be dispatched, in absence of POD documents are compliant?

What's experts' opinion.
