Dear members

Presentation of 10 pct invoice bearing date different than the original presentation 90 pct invoice dated year 2020 , same invoice presented for 10pct dated March 25 , 2021 , will you consider discrepant the presentation for the 10 Pct

Hi Pal,

IMHO, it depends on the l/c wording.
Usually when the goods are sold the invoice should indicate the full value of the goods, eventual advanced payment and deferred payment, being the letter a credit towards the buyer and not a future sale.
However different Country laws may be applied...
