If the LC silent about VAT, and the documents presented with VAT and not exceeding LC amount, can we considering is discrepant documents.

Hi Pal,

if Vat is added to the goods value and the sum is indicated near CPT, and naturally this amount is not exceeding the l/c value,
it is acceptable, see ISBP 745 C9.
