Dear members
Can we dispute discrepancy from issuing bank on confirm lc

Shipping marks are incomple in the packing list versus bl . Lc did not mention any requirements in reference to shipping marks

Your comments appreciated and pls make reference to supported article

Hi Pal,

a part is better to see the documents, but "shipping Marks" are guided by the ISBP 745.
Probably the issuing bank found the reason to stop payment, I will invite them to
examen the documents as per the a.m refrences.

As per ucpdc 600 sub article 14 (d) issuing bank is right.
