Documents presented with invoice issued not by beneficiary , draft signed by beneficiary. Will the issue of the invoice cause a discrepancy? Thanks for your comments

Unless the credit is a transferring L/C, the invoice issued by an entity other than the beneficiary will cause a discrepancy according to Paragraph C2 ISBP 745.

Please refer to sub-art. 18(a)(i) of UCP600: A commercial invoice must appear to have been issued by the beneficiary (except as provided in article 38);

If said DC issued under UCP600.
