Invoice Is Signed By Member Of Other Sister Company

If L/C calls for signed Invoice to be submitted but the presented documents evidences it was singed by person whose is member of one of the bene's group companies. will that be acceptable ? [ex bene company namely "limca ltd" but is singed by "a cola group"]
