LC issuing bank has pointed out the discrepancy as below

''INSURANCE POLICIES DO NOT DISCLOSE THE EXPIRY OF INSURANCE.'' what does it mean kindly explain .

It is not a valid discrepancy. Please note as per IS BP 745 K9, an insurance document is not to indicate an expiry date for the presentation of any claims thereunder.
