LC APPLICABLE RULES - UCP LATEST VERSION.

Under 46 A, BL caluse mentioned as under.

46A : FULL SET OF CLEAN "SHIPPED ON BOARD" CP BL 3 ORIGINAL AND 3 NN COPIES MADE OUT TO ORDER BALANK ENDORSED MARKED FREIGHT PAYABLE AS PER C/P AND NOTIFY AS APPLICANT.

There are three Original (first original, SEcond Original and third original) have been issued. However the column in the left corner of the BL "Number of Original B/L is showing as 1 (ONE).

Bank has raised discrepancy due to above. Kindly advise if above is really a dicrepancy.

In my opinion Charter Party Bill of Lading must show total numbers of original have been issued. Please refer ISPB745 G10. If C/P bill of lading showing number of original issued one and they presented First, Second and Third original then I consider discrepancy.
