What Will Be Highest Limit Of Tolerance Under UCP600?

I just wanted to know few things on the Tolerance Limit for Letters of Credit
1. What will be highest limit of tolerance?
2. How we handle the documents received more than the tolerance limit? any extra charges?
3. How we make the payment? Only the LC value or have to pay the Bill Value?
4. Is there any standard days to fix the expiry dates of the LC?
