TOT Tare Weight

Could please help me to understand Container TOT Tare?

so far i know, there is nothing exactly like TOT Tare; may be you are indicating to TOT Tare weight. there are two sections in this phrase; TOT which means Time of Transmission and Tare weight of container means Mass of an empty container including all fittings and appliances associated with that particular type of container on its normal operating condition. without havig a look at the document, its difficult to say what does it actually mean in that circumstance
