installement shipment

dear all,

i know it sounds too simple, but i need to be sure. i have a LC which shows

Goods Quantity Last rate of shipment
xxxx xxxxx xxx
xxxx xxxxx xxx
xxxx xxxxx xxx

is it a installment shipment?

yes, its a installment shipment. please note that for being an install shipment the lc need not to mention "installment shipment"
