Customer complaint air release issue to air line instead his broker . In which scenario the air release should be issue to broker . Dear members your comments appreciated it

Is it ok to issue an air release to agent of the carrier ? And what is the reason for it?

Hi Pal,

please explain: you have an AWB consigned to a bank, and you are addessing your release letter to the Carrier's agent, isn it?
Normally airlines prefer a "to whom it may concern" letter, but if it is sure that goods have been stored in a warehouse managed by airport authority, a letter to airline would be necessary.
Please tell me if I completely misunderstood your query.
