several discrepancies

we send a document and the issuing bank pointed out the following discrepancies

1. document is not sent by DHL as requested in LC
2. BL does not shows CFR
3. Gross weight and net weight is same on all the documents
4. BL shows transshipment at singapore but shipped on board notation does not mention the vessel name

are these discrepancies valid?

Hi Pals,

IMHO:
1) no discrepant, is a bank action no a beneficiary behaviour,
2 ) CFR, if means" Cost and freight", it is an Incoterm and usually referred to Price in invoice
3 ) tare could be null too.
4 ) Transhipment in Singapore is planned or already made, if is only scheduled in which way you can put a future On board stamp!!!???
