Can anyone please help me to know about the rules in case of Import shipment in Bangladesh.
Is that acceptable by local Customs to permit Bill of lading with notify (ultimate buyer and bank)as below form:
1.Consignee "to the order of" without bank),
2.Consignee "to the order of shipper",
3. Consignee " to the order blank endorsement"
Regards/Shapla

I dare say
Hi Pal,
a part is necessary a suggestion by a Bengalese Banker, the 1, 2, 3 solutions are the same thing:
1) to order(of the shipper)
2) to order of the shipper
3) to order of the shipper , blank endorsed.
So the shipper may sign/endorse the bill of lading in favor of someone or in blank.
Other comments appreciated

what about bank endorsement on such case?
is there any bank verification required on such case (bank here is on notify column besides ultimate notify)
