Blank endorsement
Hi Pal,
by Blank endorsement , it is understood that a document of title, i.e bill of lading has been transfered to any bearer.
The same with insurance document, even if this is not a document of title.
the endorsement will be made by the last legal assignee, in blank: without naming a further assignee.
Clear?

Dear Picant...
Blank endorsement means u endorsed the BL without mentioning any Party name with your signs & Stamps??
I am right? if is it so then there will b no Notify party and consignee name on BL?
MOSTLY blank endorsement is treated in Collection Dox or in Lc too? in which artical ??
