IF CREDIT PROHIBITS ACCEPTANCE OF HOUSE B\L AND DOCUMENTS INCLUDE A B\L WITHOUT THE TILE "B\L" AND IT SATISFY THE REQUIREMENTS UNDER ARTICLE 21.

WILL IT BE REJECTED AS DISCREPANT DOCS?

Art 20 vs 21

Hi Pal,

IMHO, the difference between the two documents is just that one is tranferable and the other on not transferable but consigned to. If the l/c does not indicate "B/L transferable or issued to the order" the document as per art 21 would be accepted.
