Can I Send Document For Collection After Expiry
My LC Expires on 3rd may and last date of shipment is on 29th April. I had made shipment before the last date of shipment but my documents weren't ready so couldn't send for collection. can I send this documents for collection on 5th May. if not, what should be my next step??? your advice is welcomed.

Availability
The important issue here is to identify the bank with which the credit is available. If you have shipped the goods within the latest shipment date, the requirement is that you present the documents to the bank with which the credit is available, within the latest presentation period stated within the credit and in any case, within the credit expiry.
