My question is: Applicant requested transport documents in the application as: Full Set of Bills of Lading consigned to issuing Bank. However, LC issued as Full set of Bills of Lading Consigned to the order of negotiating bank and endorsed by them to issuing bank.
Does it matters to any parties. Comments are welcome.Thanks

In practise, from applicant's side there is not much difference. Issuing bank will honour presentation if documents comply including B/L (if endorsed to order od themselves) and convey the ownership by endorsing and delivering the document.
