BY AIR SHIPMENT HAS BEEN DONE & DOCUMNETS HAS BEEN ALSO DELIVER TO CONSIGNEE BANK, NOW CONSIGNEE SAID REVISED THE DOCUMNETS FROM CAD TO "L/C 90 DAYS" HE IS ALSO OPEN THE L/C BUT SHIPMENT DATE IS EARLIER FROM L/C DATE.
PLEASE COMMENT...

Hi Pal,
all is possible if agreed by parties. Art 14 i allows presentation of documents issued before l/c issuing date.
In this case I would advise customers to issue a bank guarantee at 90 days.
