Date Of Shipment Vs Period Of Presentation

my supplier requested to extend the period of presentation from 15 to 25 days. the same has been done with the change in shipment date i.e. from 15 days to 25 days from expiry of LC. now the supplier requested to reverse the shipment date to 15 days from expiry.Will this possible.

it is also to be noted that the supplier want atleast 25 days for presenting the doc and will not want to have a discrepancy.

if u have workable l/c at your hand, now its your call whether u want to accept amendment or not, as per article 10.

If you as an applicant & issuing bank agrees, L/c may be amended according to beneficiary's request.
