Can L/C ve available by payment with nominated bank? Is it possible for only confirmed L/C?
Will it change anything?
And what if L/C expiries in applicant country? I think this will only effect presantation.??

By Payment
Of course a LC can be available by Payment with the nominated bank. There is no requirement for the LC to be confirmed in this case. However, in some cases you may be asked for confirmation because in this case the nominated bank will be making payment without recourse to the beneficiary.
About expiry, the LC should expire at the counter of the nominated bank
