How can a "Short form of Bill of Lading not acceptable" and "Charter Party Bill of Lading acceptable "conflict each other if mentioned in LC

Hi Pal,

Short form bill of lading is a common bill of lading having no terms of carriage printed on the back, charter party bill of lading will not be signed by a carrier, and I think the buyer has control of goods "ab origine".

Hi,
I Think Its conflicting.
Because charter party B/L is also a short form B/L.It has only 3-4 clauses in the back side.
So, L/C need Amendment

Please Correct me if i am wrong.
