Dear friends,
L/C stipulating a condition regarding "food is good for human being" but not requires a document. A separate document has submitted containing "food is not good for human being" along with stipulated documents. Issuing bank raise discrepancy in this connection that data conflict has found in this document in terms of L/C condition. What's yours opinion....?

ISBP 745, paragraph Q8 it is clear. If a certificate mentions "not fit for human consumption" or the like, is conflicting with other data?
So it will depend on the goods description, the clause could refer to that.
