Hi Pal,

I think option 2, a credit may extend or limit this period of time.
Other comments appreciated

hello,

the default allowed time of presentation is 21 colander days if the credit is silent in this respect and at least one original transport document is required.

the credit can modify this condition by reducing or extending such period if it is issued by SWIFT field 48 could be completed with these number of days, but any in case the maximum allowed time for any presentation will be the credit expiry date.

option B is more appropriate to me.

Regards
A.Rabie
