Original Roadway Bill Is Presented Instead Of CMR

The l/c requires 1 org. CMR
But 1 Org Roadway Bill is presented, It does indicate "CMR' on the document.
It does not mention 'SUBJECT TO CONVENTION MERCHANDISES ROUTIERS'
Is it discrepant ?

Hi Pal,

the correct require should be Truck Waybill, however in this case if the documents bears the indication CMR is, IMHO, compliant

hi firuzan .it is not discrepant.L/C should indicate 'SUBJECT TO CONVENTION MERCHANDISES ROUTIERS clearly ' for must be discrepancy.
