Issuing bank adv Discrepancy as belows:
1. NOTIFY PARTY CONFLICTS WITH I/V AND B/L
We absolutly disagree with this dscrp because Notify party on INV is not required by UCP, ISBP or LC, only additonal information. It only imply Buyer or applicant, its function differ from Notify party on B/L which required clearly at LC.
Give me yr idea?

I agree with you .as you express , knowledge in invoce is additional info.Issuing bank cant not advice disrepancy regarding this matter.This disrepancy is incorret as per ucp.

I have to agree to issuing bank's opinion. Notify party on the Invoice could not be understood otherwise than the Notify party indicated on B/L...
