hi ,
this situation is regarding compliance of some import country expecially ısrael and middle east countries.
import country wants to check unit price whether to be inflated or not.

Hi Pal,

It depends on the policy of the Import Country, I think that many Middle east Countries require such stamp by the Chamber of Commerce in exporting Country plus their Consulate or Embassy Visum on invoice and Certificate of Origin.
I think this is a sort of validation that the prices are current in exporting Country ,
In Internet we find some sites with indication of documents required for such export. In italian Schede Export:

Hi,

I think it is required by the importer country policy that applied through custom process.
Also, it provides and authentication that the exporter company is registered and reputable and trustable.

i think the applicant. may require such doc.with this stamp to satisfy import control authorities and gain the benefits from importing from this country.
