Hi Pal,

I would only indicate to word this document without reference to second beneficiary, in the way to use it for master l/c.

Dear TradeLaporte,

Article 38.
h. The first beneficiary has the right to substitute its own invoice, draft, if any.

So UCP allows the first beneficiary to replace the documents other than invoice and draft. However this should happen with a knowledge of the parties involved.

Hi dear,
As per article 38(h), first beneficiary can only substitute invoice and draft.
