Dear Expert,
We are the issuing Bank. The applicant wants to amend a LC clause regarding despatch of the original document by the Beneficiary. The beneficiary wants to despatch the original Shipping documents under single shipment in two lots by two different courier through its Bank. Is it possible?

Hi Pal,
usually it depends on where the documents availed the l/c, place of presentation, and if the documents include
a full set of bill of lading or other documents that are difficulto to obtain as duplicate.
More than two shipments by two different courier service it is better to send them one day and wait for a couple of days.
Please pay attention to the risk of loss, ad per art 35.
