Pls provide your comments on what will comply the following requirement:
Cert with name and signature/ consolidator with stamp.
Do we request certificate to show name and signature with stamp?

Hi Pal,
being no native speaker I do not fully understand, ask the issuing bank(sometime I translate in english the language of
issuing bank, many times it works),

I think the cert comply if it shows issuer's authorised signature, issuer's name and issuer's stamp
