UCP 600 Article 32 Second Example

i have second question:
06. A credit requires shipment of 100,000 tonnes of scrap steel to be shipped in five separate
shipments of 20,000 tonnes each with shipments to be made in January, February, March, April
and May. Documents are presented in five separate sets evidencing shipment as follows: January
20,000 tonnes; February 21,000 tonnes; March 18,500 tonnes; April 19,500 tonnes and May
20,000 tonnes. Assuming documents otherwise comply with the credit terms, which of the above
presentations would be found to be discrepant?
1. February only. 2. March only. 3. March and April only. 4. March, April and May only.

Answer sheet shows correct answer as 2. March only.

Could anyone share opinion?

My answer was 4. March, April and May only due to article 32.

it is ok that having shipped less quantity in March, and March is a shipment period, answer 4 seems more suitable, but may be the question lies in "would be found to be discrepant?"

I choose 4, as per UCP600 article 32, may be Answer sheet shows wrong answer. Please check the practice test of IFS question 22, it show correct answer as 4
