predebit notification in reimbursement instruction

Dear Sir,

Could you please help me to understand pre-debit notification? am i correct to define it just a as notice before debiting once account? How long can a predebit notification be? if deferred payment letter of credit include a predebit notification, Should it be included in the reimbursement authorization? how will we calculate the maturity date? is predebit notice in / outside the maturity period?
