it would be grateful if you update the reason for considering discrepancy /not discrepancy. what made us to think like that. such comments, would help experts in the forum understand better.
CPT-carriage paid to,, the cost, roles and responsibilities of the supplier ends at buyer place.. to my knowledge Freight prepaid is the right term.
