Air transport document
ISBP Paragraph:Transshipment, partial shipment and determining the presentation period when multiple air transport documents are presented

H!) a. When a credit prohibits partial shipment, and more
than one air transport documents are presented
covering dispatch from one or more airports of
departure (as specifically allowed, or within a
geographical area or range of airports stated in the
credit), each air transport document is to indicate
that it covers the dispatch of goods on the same
aircraft and same flight and that the goods are
destined for the same airport of destination.

Google meaning:
Certainly. An airplane is a type of aircraft. There are a variety of aircraft: hot air balloons, airplanes, gliders, kites, helicopters, cruise missiles, micro lights, etc. All of these types of vehicles fly through the air, making them aircraft.

Dear All, please provide some example for the above highlighted- same aircraft and the same flight

Hi Pal,

in case of air transportation, transhipments are always possible and should be allowed.
Then AWB states that the goods have been accepted for carriage, not on board a specific vessel.
Many bank clerks think that all transports document should be treated similarly.
Vessel on board = actual flight date, endorsement of an AWB, that it is by its nature Not trasferable etc.
Some requests may be classified "cosmetic", they seem to give more guarantee to applicant but it is not true.
Ciao

Thanks picant ..

Regarding partial shipment, please acknowledge my understanding.

same aircraft and same flight and that the goods are destined for the same airport of destination.

Aero plane(aircraft), same flight(FLIGHT NO.791879), Destination x

Aero plane(aircraft), same flight(FLIGHT NO.791880), Destination x -Discrepant

Hi Pal

Multiple sets of airway bill alone do not constitute partial shipment if the goods are stated to be on the same flight and destination
Dispatch on more than one aircraft will be considered as a partial shipment but dispatch on the same aircraft(flight no./date) with more than one set/original airway bills will not be considered as a partial shipment.
IMHO a proper notation on the presented airwaybills is necessary.
Other comments appreciated
