Dears-
Our customer (sub-contractor) not in position to establish LC in our favor but end client (contractor) which is not our customer can establish LC on behalf of our customer (sub-contractor) to us. I have suggested B2B and transferable LCs to our customer but the end client does not want to work on B2B & transferable.
Please suggest what documents shall we call for under normal LC as we want bill and ship to our customer only but the LC will come for end client which is not our customer and we cant make him our customer as well.

Ehm......
Hi Pal,
I understood that You will receive a l/c, issued by Contractor's bank , for your delivery to your
customer(sub-contractor). If it is so, probably, you l/c terms will be requiring invoice to contractor and ship to subcontractor. I think that local laws will be followed...
