Can 2 L/C Utilize Under 1 Bill Of Lading??

We have 2 L/C received, All ways (Cnee,bank,port) are Same.
Can we utilize 2 L/C under 1 Bill of Lading ??

please help us to use the right way.

Hi Pal,

IMHO, every document must be presented for each l/c, so, probably, bill of lading will serve only one l/l.
Applicant is aware of such shipments and ready to accept discrepant documents. From seller point of view it could be
necessary to have 2 bills of lading issued by a forwarder as agent of the carrier.

I have no clear idea about the function of advising bank.
Any one please give me idea about the function of advising bank in simple word

Hi Pal,

the function of advising bank is mainly to certify to the beneficiary that the l/c in its favour is true.
Someone stated that is a function elected by the issuing bank, but a part confirmation, it is the
beneficiary that wants that the l7c pass through its bank.
Then, advsing bank may assume various further fanctions, confirming, nominated and transferring
bank, depending on the wording of l/c.
