Do this clause really neccessary to put in LC??

Hello everyone,

May I ask if below clauses are really necessary to put in LC? In my view even we don't show these clauses there's no discrepancies anyway. Thanks.


- Documents showing shipper without full address acceptable

- Documents showing one or more third party (ies) as shipper(s) and/or exporter(s) acceptable.

- Commercial Invoice to indicate FOB value and freight charges

- Inconsistent shipper and/ or consignee and/ or notify party on documents from B/L acceptable

- Additional information on document is acceptable.

- B/L not showing telephone or fax number of notifying party acceptable

IMHO,
-3 is ok
-4 consignee in bill of lading could be risky
-6 see art 14 j

Thank you for your comments and how about 1,2 and 5? If we don't add those clause will be ok if

1.we have many shipper and
2. BL don't show shipper's address?

One more thing refer to Article 14j "However,
when the address and contact details of the applicant appear as part of the consignee or notify party details
on a transport document subject to articles 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 or 25, they must be as stated in the
credit."

So my understanding is if letter of credit show tel and fax no. of applicant then we need to show tel and fax no. of applicant in notify party of BL if we don't put the clause "B/L not showing telephone or fax number of notifying party acceptable" ?
