Pls advise help me different between below point on payment term on contract :

12.Mode of Payment: By irrevocable acceptance L/C at 30 days after sight for 98% of the invoice ..... instead of

12.Mode of Payment: By irrevocable usance L/C at 30 days after sight for 98% of the invoice .....

Hi Pal,

being no native speaker I think that by acceptance beneficiary will obtain a draft that may discount on the market.
by usance, beneficiary receives only an undertaking of payment.
