Lc calls for sign invoice presented invoice is missing signature instead shows scan qrstamp , will you consider a discrepancy your comments highly appreciated it

A document may be signed by handwriting, facsimile signature, perforated
signature, stamp, symbol or any other mechanical or electronic method of
authentication.

Since the method of signing not mentioned, so signing may be at any mode as per article 3. So document is not discrepant.
