another logo on the Letter head of a document

Beneficary: xx AAAA GmbH

May I have your opinion regarding a commercial invoice that has been presented, with a logo (an image not xx AAAA GmbH) in the header of the document and on the footer we have the complete name and address of the beneficiary.
On the second page the commercial invoice is signed by the beneficiary (with rubber stamp which includes the beneficiary address).

Do you consider a contradiction between the header logo and the footer plus the signature on the second page? And if so which party is the issuer of the document?

logo may be advertissment, the stamp or the company name the legal entity.
