I HAVE RECEIVED AN MT199 FROM OUR BANK CORRESPONDENT STATING:

''REGARDING YOUR USD ACCOUNT HELD WITH US, WE WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT DUE TO THE INTERNAL POLICY, WE ARE NOT IN A POSITION TO PROVIDE USD CLEARING SERVICES FROM ... DATE PROVIDED

PLEASE ADVISE THE MEANING OF THAT

Hi Pal,

I think that your Country is sanctioned and a bank probably outside USA with whom you have a USD account inform you that it is impossible to manage your account.

Sanctions clause or bank internal policy does not allow for same.
