Dear members
Would like to know in your opinion when is good idea to request cable negotiation in a presentations of documents with several discrepancies.
What could be the problems? Do we need to consider that LC expires in the country of applicant?
Your comments highly appreciated it.

Yes, what is the advantage to exporters to request a swift for discrepancies approval versus sending documents on approval basis

IMHO
hi Pal,
So exporter is sure that the documents will be accepted while goods are enroute or even not yet departed.
Think to AWB, you have discrepant documents in hand, but the flight is booked next week, instead of receiving promises by the buyer/applicant , the issuing bank sent a message to your bank that all reported discrepancies will be accepted! I cited AWB, that sometime is consigned directly to buyer... One more thought: hoping to have a prompt reply from said issuing bank! Ciao
