Bill of Lading signing capacity not identified

Dear Experts,

I have received an B/L with the below details. In this scenario, am I correct to quote BL not signed as per UCP.

Appreciate your kind opinion.

Unless otherwise stated elsewhere, the function of carrier is related to American President line and signed on behalf of that company. Therefore, the B/L is signed by carrier. Is it matter that the words are stated in different types (printed, preprinted, manually added/signed) ? It should not...
