Dear Experts,

need expert opinion to understand who pays the charges listed below under incoterms CFR,CIF,CPT,CIP

1. unloading charges in port of import
2 .Loading on truck in port of import
3. unloading of truck( if there is specific nominated place)different the imports place
4. carriage to a place of destination

I checked in the public source, as information available is contradict to each other
need expert help to understand with their experience.

What did the public source say about each of them?
On the other hand, such international commercial terms may be altered by other specific terms . For example while the CFR assumes that the seller is responsible for paying the freight charges, CFR Free out and CFR Liner out are different with regard to the party paying the unloading costs.
