Documentation in transferable LC's

1) How can one "hide" the name of the second benf. on official documentation (C.of origin, C.of analysis, B/L,

etc) other than allowing for
"third party documents acceptable".

Hi Pal,

in effect not all transferable l/c are transferable by hiding sensitive data as name of buyer or producer.
Some forwarders may act as "pivot" by preparing documents in the name of third parties when it is possible, beneficiary may ask for a l/c with few documents for availment.
